Skincare Rituals
My skincare philosophy is based in a simple approach of nourishing the skin with high quality, nutrient-dense ingredients found in nature - that work to strengthen and maintain a healthy skin barrier. Creating mindful rituals around your daily skincare routine also helps to reduce stress and nourish your body and mind.

My Morning Skincare Routine
As I have dry skin, I often skip a morning cleanse and just splash some water on my face. Sometimes if I feel like I need it, I will use the Clarity Cleanse or the Clean Dirt to cleanse in the morning.
I then use an exfoliating toner such as the Fermentonic to keep my skin clear, and then massage a facial oil combined with a mist. At the moment I’m using the Youth Dew and the Jasmine Garden. I then follow with a moisturiser such as The Cure, and then apply SPF.
A few times a week I will also use a vitamin C serum to help with pigmentation and brighten the skin.
My Evening Skincare Routine
In the evening, I will do a thorough cleanse and I'm a big fan of oil cleansing as it’s a great way to deeply cleanse without stripping the skin. I love taking a moment to breathe deeply into a steamy washcloth after oil cleansing, it’s one of my favourite times of the day where I can take a moment to unwind and wash off the day. At the moment I’m using the Pendulum Potion, or the Divine Cleanse. I will often do a second cleanse with the Clarity Cleanse.
I then use a toner such as the Fermentonic, and do some facial massage with a facial oil combined with a mist. In the evenings I’m currently using the Midnight Miracle with the Jasmine Garden. I also keep a jar of the Blue Cocoon by my bed and dab some of this soothing balm around my eyes, nose and lips before going to sleep.
I exfoliate once or twice a week. My favourite exfoliator is The Radiance as it’s a super fine facial polish (otherwise I’m not a fan of physical exfoliants as they can be too abrasive).
I will also do a mask once or twice a week. I often like to use a detoxifying mask like The Black Magic or the Problem Solver.
I believe in a ‘less is more’ philosophy and my skin is happiest with a minimal, consistent routine with high quality natural products.
