Gua Sha Tutorials
Facial gua sha is wonderful way to incorporate a mindful beauty ritual at home and maintain results in between appointments. You can practice gua sha at any time, whether you want to wake your face up in the morning or enjoy a grounding practice to wind down at night.

Make sure you start with a cleansed face and apply your favourite facial oil, balm or cleanser. You want enough slip so the tool isn’t dragging the skin, but not so much that it’s sliding over the surface without making contact.
Repeat each stroke 3-10 times and feel free to slow down and repeat the movements on any areas of concern.
Make sure the movements are precise and mindful for maximum results, always ensuring the tool is as flat to the skin as possible, and use your other hand to support the skin and add resistance.
Take this time to nurture yourself, breathe deeply, connect with your body and soothe your nervous system. Radiance always starts from within.
